    Sessions can be in person or on the phone with an optional email follow-up. Your ADHD coach will customize the program that suits your lifestyle and most effectively gets you closer to achieving your goals.

    Typically sessions with your ADHD coach are scheduled 3-4 times a month lasting from 30 minutes to an hour.
